It was the last easy decision she made because she found her roommate being raped by her boyfriend. I enjoyed Teresa more in this book and I loved Amanda. Carter Reed (Carter Reed 1) Emma decided to skip the gym and went home early. The loss she experiences in this book is sad but she gains many new people she considers family. We learned more about her past which was tragic. I liked that Emma was stronger in this book but I could have done without the parts where she was constantly blaming everything on herself and when she refused to listen to Carter, I got pretty agitated. I love Carter, he is strong, protective, loyal, and fierce. In this part we get to meet some new players, unknown family members, and unlikely friends. This book was packed full of drama, suspense, action, heartbreak, loyalty, and love. |
